About Us

Sarah Cronin Art is an Irish sole trader selling handmade art prints online at www.sarahcroninart.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Products

We sell handmade and limited-edition art prints and original paintings inspired by Irish landscapes. As our products are handmade, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, and finish between individual prints. These variations are a characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

4. Custom & Personalised Orders

For made-to-order or personalised artwork, your right to cancel under the EU Consumer Rights Directive does not apply once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you. This will be made clear at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched via An Post. Delivery times are estimated and may vary — we are not responsible for delays caused by An Post or circumstances outside our control.

Registered post includes tracking; standard post does not. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard orders. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made artwork. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law, including your rights under:

  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • The Sale of Goods Act 1980 (Ireland)
  • The Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Ireland)

For customers in Northern Ireland, your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on www.sarahcroninart.com are the intellectual property of Sarah Cronin Art and are protected under Irish and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Purchasing a print does not transfer any intellectual property or reproduction rights to the buyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Sarah Cronin Art's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at sarahcroninart@gmail. and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to:

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where mandatory EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
