Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at sarahcroninart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive your cancellation request, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exceptions — Custom & Personalised Artwork

Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order or personalised artwork
  • Commissioned pieces created to your specifications

This exception is provided under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Customers in Northern Ireland

For customers in Northern Ireland, your statutory rights are governed by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have a 14-day right to cancel your order and a 30-day right to a full refund on faulty goods. These rights are in addition to any remedies outlined above and do not affect your statutory entitlements.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and UK consumer law.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made artwork
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
